After looking at chopper setup, we re-took data to see if chopper setup changes can improve transmission.

Hall C BLA Calibration Results
Acquired BLA calibration at 30 uA and committed the results. Channel scaling changed from 0.798 to 0.815.
Attempted to go up to 35 uA but got repeated 3C12 BLM trips. Noticed, via 1A and 2A SLMs, that we were pretty far off-crest (figures 1 & 2). Adjusting the gang phase showed that going further off-crest lowered the 3C12 blm response. Decided to let this fly so we could increase Hall C current to 35 uA and took another BLA calibration here. There was practically no change between the scaling for this calibration and the one taken at 30 uA.

Hall C & Hall A charge asymmetry in IHWP OUT runs 16015 - 16038 (Apr 23 8:48 to Apr 24 9:04)
Yesterday there was no beam because both the halls were in controlled access as Hall C was changing to 4 pass.
Beam came back during run 16033 at around ~ 3:15 hrs (Apr 24).
When the beam comes back, Hall A charge asymmetry was very large and averaging ~ - 3000 ppm and Hall C charge asymmetry was ~ 500 ppm.
We ran the feedback at the end of run 16038 and the charge asymmetries converged to ~ 0 ppm.
Hall A PITA setpoint is changed to 9051 from 8293 and Hall C IA settings is.changed to 9714 from 18060.
