Hall B Optics Tuning

Hall B's optics started pretty farr off design so the first thing I did was bring the prohibited quads on design (left Match in as 2C05 looked very close). That blew up the beam so I decided to use the bleedthrough into hall B on the 2C24 viewer to make the spot round and tighter utilizing the first triplet. This made the harp scans at 2C21 and tagger look much better, and I proceeded to strengthen the last triplet to focus at 2H00. We were still fat in X so I used the very last quad and focused very hard in x. That made beam acceptable, but things are pretty far off design (see fig 1)
