Max and I did laser ER measurement after the lasers were back on. The ER appears stable. We will keep watching and see how it goes in the next 2 weeks.

Placed jumpers back on for Klystrons 1 through 4 and attempted to turn high voltage. CPS breaker tripped before reaching full voltage. Removed jumper on Klystron #4 and turned HV on. This time succeeded with no trips. Still, no RF on Klystron #3. FCC drive OK. Will look at pre-amp and continue troubleshooting next opportunity.
