VIP1L25B trip limits

2 hours 27 minutes ago
Log Number: 4515475Logbook(s): Entry Makers: michaelmBody:

Slow trip point for VIP1L25B presently at 1e-7. Will discuss raising trip point to 5e-7 with AES-IC while troubleshooting of the B-pump activity continues on this zone. Hopefully this will eliminate some of the nuissance trip for operations.

2L25-4 arc fault - recovered

4 hours 23 minutes ago
Log Number: 4515441Logbook(s): Entry Makers: victorcBody:

Very shortly after performing a phase offset optimization on cavity 6, it looks like cavity 4 tripped on an arc fault and took some other cavities out with it. Everything recovered fine.

MQB2L08 current instability

4 hours 56 minutes ago
Log Number: 4515430Logbook(s): Entry Makers: victorcBody:

The current on this magnet looks to be getting noisier, sometimes crossing the upper current tolerance threshold and causing an alarm in the MCC. Voltage is steady. Could use a reseat or swap at next opportunity.

1L15-2 Loss of RFCM Comm

5 hours 20 minutes ago
Log Number: 4515421Logbook(s): Entry Makers: kernsBody:

RFCM loss of comm. prevented zone from going into filaments. Zone was originally GSET 0 for no KCCU after resistor was replaced 06/02/26 and most likely blew again 06/06/26. Tried RD1 and bypassing but that still did not clear the watchdog and HV enable faults. Had to restore comm's by installing a new RFCM just to regain comm's and clear these errors so that we could bypass the cavity and get the rest of the zone restored. RFCM will need RF downloads when we take the zone down for repairs and troubleshooting the "No KCCU problem.
