Since there was no indication that something was masked or improperly set on the XOP screen, I made a small edit.

The "M,U" and "0,1" buttons write to different bits on the same PV, R3151FBRIOMb. The "M,U" buttons write to *.B9 and the "0,1" buttons write to *.BD.

I made some indicators for the "0,1" buttons that will show the status of that bit, the 13th bit.

Saw this issue before with cavity 2. It seems it was solved by hitting the "unmask" for the Cav FSD bit.

Just like last time, this isn't indicating that it's masked, but I hit it anyway. It's still not pulling an FSD fault.

I clicked the '0' next to the 'U' and now it's pulling the FSD fault.
