Replaced the RFCM for cav. 4 CWVF, BLVF and Arc faults not clearing and when zone recovered into RF and OLT tried, the cavity would not go Xpert mode along with cavity 1 not going to Xpert mode. Dropped it down to Idle at 1330 to re-bypass cavity 1 and both went into Xpert mode when going to fiaments and HV. Only problem is the zone CPS and MDP breakers both tripped again and have to be reset. Got the PTW 7758 to try again to get cavities 1L18-4,6,7,8 back into RF so we aren't one cavity away from beaming.

Turning RF back on after chilled water recovery.

Fig 1: The first recovery of this cavity, it tripped off when it got up to 12.3 MV/m. Tuner behavior seemed normal.

Fig 2: Cav back on at 4.4 MV/m, TDETA at +56 Deg. Tuner walks it +110k steps with no change in TDETA.

Fig 3&4: Open-loop tuned the cavity. Was able to see a response in TDETA, but had to move the tuner a significant number of steps. Recovered at 5 MV/m after OLT and let recover script walk it up to 12.7 MV/m.
