Started seeing some IIX4S00 response while we were doing beam studies. After confirming to ourselves that beam transport beyond the 1D dipole was impossible. We found that the IIX4S00 rates are likely caused by 2L25 commissioning. A similar event can be seen from swing shift yesterday (fig 2) when no beam was being sent at all.

Looks like it's cavity 3 specifically
