Today morning I contacted Brenden White from cryo and requested to look into the 15K return pressure issue.
It seems the transducer isn't working properly.
Following what he suggested:

B and D were both very under circulated at 8E. We didn't notice that the beams were separated at all, so we sent tune beam to xD dumplette and let the orbit locks come in, which cleared up that issue. Sent back CW to all the halls with no issue.
