I was called to investigate multiple iocs related to Hall C that went down, as well as Synch30Hz alarms on iocmc1 and iocse17.

iocmc1 seems to be healthy apart from the Synch30Hz alarm. This alarm probably doesn't indicate a problem on the ioc itself but instead shows that the 30Hz loop is not making it back to iocmc1 due to an interruption somewhere else, possibly iocse17 or iocse20.

Walking back the cavity after everything tripped. Had to hand optimize klystron phase due to the KRRP trips it would cause at any GLOS. was able to get it into SELAP at 10 MV/m but I'm going to stop walking it up at 16.5 (DRVH=18) due to KRRP getting near 150 Watts.
