Hall C ICs During Target Change Indicate Bleedthrough

In the hitherto rare instances of Hall C changing targets we have seen distinct patterns in their ion chambers when they move the ladder. One can see the edges of what I presume are the ladder frame popping up on the ion chambers at the same encoder locations for each move. This is from bleedthrough and is not a new phenomenon. It appears this has also tripped their LAD and a GEM layer earlier tonight.

Several alarms have come through for major (> 7.5e-02) foreline pressure spikes. No trips yet tonight, but the pressure isn't looking too great.
