Ops allowed me to test out the masking tool.

I set the masking in dozens of configurations. All were successful and all made appropriate log entries, which I had set to the TLOG.

By commenting out Puts in the tool, I was able to create a scenario that wasn't completely successful. This worked well, and masking was Partially successful and reported all mismatched channels in the log entry.

After completing this step, I enabled puts again, and then tested a dozen or so configurations to ensure proper behavior.
