After initially steering the C line to as close to zero on the BPMs as reasonable, we found we couldn't see the beam on the dump viewer. Once the viewer situation was worked out, we also initially couldn't see the beam even on the viewer limited 3H10 viewer. After much confusion, we were finally able to get the beam on the viewer with the 3H02V corrector (3H05V didn't have enough strength or leverage to pull it up on the viewer). Despite finding the beam, when we swapped to tune mode, it's nowhere to be found on the dump viewer in neither the CW nor Tune settings.

The Hall C RC called me this evening to schedule a controlled access tomorrow morning to troubleshoot a new issue with one of the HMS magnets (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4480718).
I spoke with David Hamlette and he arranged for a RadCon team to show up tomorrow at 8 am to start the survey of Hall C. This will be a full survey to put the hall in controlled access.
