Started getting some spikes in the Hall B Upstream Halo Rates. After gangphase adjustments didn't help, I called the injector SME and inquired about pre-buncher and buncher adjustments.

I touched the phase and gradient for the pre-buncher and wasn't finding much luck there. Adjusted the gradient for the buncher and found a small decrease in machine beam loss but an increase in halo rates. So long story short, I backed out of everything I touched. I'm sure a more experienced eye could make some beneficial changes here.
