I am not as perturbed as when I wrote the linked entry but the recommendation remains: I recommend doing an injector to NL match, checking tranmission, taking the usual harp traces and reestablishing beam to the halls.

huge losses
It seems inappropriate to have backed out of the match used by Yan, figure 1, without taking harp traces at all the even E01 locations. Losses are huge throughout the machine. In figure 2, all vertical axes are logarithmic. Having four of the windows at 10^3 is very unusual. The loss values in the bottom of figure 3 are also out of line.
I recommend doing an injector to NL match, checking tranmission, taking the usual harp traces and reestablishing beam to the halls.
