[Feature Request] - Wrap around Gangphase controls

We are currently in a situation where our NL gangphase control is at 180 degrees while the NL cavities are all phased. During normal operations, to adjust and optimize gangphase we have dither the phase +/- 1 degree to make sure we are crested properly. With the controls being at 180 this makes it very difficult to dither. We have to manually flip the setpoint from +180 to -180 while continuing to dither and remembering the energy spread pattern on SLM.
We had this wrap-around issue with the C100s cavities when using Phaser application and was fixed.
