We found chipped off pieces of enamel under two of the phases of the current limiting resistors that are part of the step start contactor circuit. Tracing back through the circuit to step start contactor we discovered two of lines were crossed. Condition corrected and we're waiting to see if this was the source of our issue.
After getting beam back to Hall D, Hall requested some fine tuning to their optics. First Adjusted 5C10 towards design, and that got us closer, and then adjusted 5C11 towards design (both positive), and the Hall was good with their optics.
Getting them ready for production.
After sending tune beam for harp scans, we halted beam to Hall D to set them up for their harp scans. While beam was off to Hall D, beam was being sent the all the west Halls. The extraction orbit lock for Hall D saw enough bleedthrough to try to steer.
For now we will turn off the lock when we halt beam to Hall D.
