Continued to monitor VTP0L04 and noticed that trips have been occurring approximately every 14hrs with pressure dropping down and gradually increasing. This doesn't seem to be a controls issue. I was reminded by VAC group that the pump cart/cube that was originally installed on this cryomodule would need to be restarted by Frank during maintenance days. This issue might be caused by bursts of helium from the cryomodule, but I can't be sure. VAC group will locally verify their equipment during the next maintenance day.

Around 11:41 we started seeing orbit instabilities in Hall D's x positions. We traced it back to energy instability in the NL from the 1A SLM centroid position, but we couldn't find any cavities in the North with misregulated phase or gradient. It went away after 30 minutes as well.

The two bad 2.5 kW sections in the Vertical Separator SSA 1 were replaced with two from Pass 1 SSA. Pass 1 separation is presently
disabled until the 2.5 kW sections can be fixed. Preparations to send the bad sections back to the supplier are in progress. This task is
complete.
