-Initial attempt to only adjust 8R10 quad found excessive breathing in Arc 9 30 Hz orbit.

-Adjusted 8R10V corrector to minimize IIX9S00, then rebalanced 9S01V and 9S04V to clear up breathing in absolute orbit. No improvement.

-Reverted steering and instead adjusted launch to 0 relative orbits in 9L and Arc 9 from zero pos taken at start of shift. Beam was still breathing on the 30 Hz BPMs.

-Adjusting MQA8R10 wasn't showing much change on the BPMs, so gave 8R08 a try.

Following a hard reboot, the harp scan remains noisy. Physical inspection of the hardware is required but will require making an access. Per the Crew Chief, the PD has deferred this task until Monday. Preliminary assessment suggests a hardware fault, potentially a blown wire or connection between the harp and the preamp.

Spoke with optics, and since the 9E01 harp would require an access to troubleshoot, we were advised to instead do a ballpark 8R match using the recombiner match procedure, then move on with ORFP to AR. We agreed that would be a better use of time, and will proceed as such.

Alot of noise on this harp, really the only difference between these harp swipes is that the signal level increases or decreases as gain setting is adjusted
