Contacted DC Power. They said if the temps don't come down then to turn off the racks. In lieu of contacting facilities, I went out to the rack room to prop open the door to see if it helped.

There was also a fan conveniently inside. I turned it on and placed it by the doorway.

Temps are coming down quickly.

Halo rates in Hall B continue to be a bugbear. Restored beam after injector work shows greatly elevated upstream halo rates. Attempts to adjust the angle with steering to the 2C21A nanoamp BPMs yielded no joy. Even after removing their collimator (figure 2), rates are still well above where they were earlier in the day. Returning to running to the tagger to resteer the line.
