After optimizing orbit as well as longitudinal offsets in gangphase and a small buncher gradient adjustment, The bleedthrough into hall B had much less effect on upstream rates (see fig 2 for 2C24 Viewer with only bleedthrough, optimized compared to linked log). However, it was still .6 nA bleedthrough from hall C (18.5 uA) through the A slit into hall B, which hall B deemed unacceptable if we were to go to higher hall B currents.

We had some confusion with the hall when we asked them to move the collimator to the fully blocking position but our readback said it was in the 9 mm hole position. Looks like our motor position readbacks are correct, it is just the Collimator Pos. that is stuck reading 9.0 mm hole. It seems to be looking at the wrong PV. We have confirmed with the hall that:
9.0 mm Hole positions are Collimator X Motor: -38.4 & Collimator Y Motor: 5.0
Fully Blocking positions are Collimator X Motor: -76.43 & Collimator Y Motor: 4.5

Investigating Hall B halo rates. We still had high rates after steering out the xB line. Closing Hall D slit while only sending to Hall C caused the Hall B halo rates to drop off completely indicating Hall C bleedthrough from the wide-open A slit (Jerone says the A slit 5th bucket is being filled and transported down the line).
