SLM Energy Locks Engaged

As Hall C intends to run currents below that which BEM registers beam for the foreseeable future, I updated the SLM energy locks and turned them on.

A quick refresher on some finer points of setting up the locks:

+ Ensure the "Setpoint" fields in the input section match the SLM X centroid position when for when you are sending the nominal current of CW to the hall. In my case, I plotted this PV (Fig. 5) and snagged the value from when we had just returned 0.5 uA CW to the hall after running the energy locks in tune beam.

Hall requested 0.5 uA be sent back to their Optics 1 target for HMS delta matrix scans. As with day shift, no ion chamber calibration required at these currents. Current and target orbit locks are running well. I will get the SLM-based energy locks running momentarily.

1L07-1 GSET is 3 and LO Funkiness

Seems like LEM sets this cavity really low for some reason. If I recall correctly, C100s lose stability around 8 MV/m. Maybe higher.

Additionally, LO for 1L07-1, 2, and 5 is very low and noisy.

I couldn't find any ELogs mentioning a reasoning for the low GSET and LO power. I did find an ELog that also noted the odd low GSET of Cavity 1 and that it was 40 degrees off phase (see linked ELog).
