Looked at the timeline, attached. The first drop of the 2H01 I reading was noted a week ago on 06/18/25 after the beamline was disassembled and reassembled. This Monday, 06/23/25, was the first attempt to troubleshoot. After that, we see a small additional drop. No changes after yesterday's access

When the CW beam was available (run 18824, ~ 19:52 hrs) the charge asymmetry started at ~ 300 ppm.

I ran the feedback during the run 18826 and PITA feedback was set to -2834.84. Earlier it was -2860.

After that it is averaging ~ -27 ppm.

Recently became ratty around 1:40. Voltage jumped by ~1.2 V and became unstable +/- .5 V. It is not effecting beam delivery from the seems of it, but should be swapped opportunistically.

A short ~15 min test was approved by the crew chief yesterday, the beam deflection remains, but new measurements suggest the "dragging" is independent of beam intensity and the deflection may begin before the harp fork/wire should reach the beam. A downstream harp IHA0L07 was tested and no deflection was found there over ~30mm of harp motion.
