1L21-4 BLVF/FSD preventing HV
Dropped zone to null after several attempts to turn cav4 on with instant drop back once in HV. Reset after reboot of cav 4 but zone wouldn't even attempt to go into HV after all back into filaments. Noticed that filaments were all low after complete filament counts. Came onsite and didn't see anything at all so I cycled the CPS a/c overcurrent and control power and successfully got zone back into HV and RF. Restored Cav 4 to ODVH= 8.9 Mv/m. Checked out cav. 7 and it does have low drive out but will have to check RFCM out before I can say it's a 2.5w amp. Handing back to OPS.

1L09 zone dropped HV after bringing cavity 2 back up
tried to bring cavity 2 back up (from bypass) after RF increased the mod anode voltage, but cavity still tripping on mod anode current high fault, brought the zone out of HV and I'm unable to recover it, so going to re-bypass this cavity

Down due to RF, ramping down box supplies to reduce building heat load
Currently down due to 1L21-4 keeping the zone out of HV. RF on call is enroute and estimates that it could be several hours to swap out an RFCM. We are ramping down the box supplies to reduce the heat load in the buildings with temperature alarms (Facilities is supposed to be addressing that problem but we haven't had an update yet). Fig. 1: building temperatures (red horizontal line is 88 degrees F).
We took a ZPOS before things went sideways, so (fingers crossed) we shouldn't have too much difficulty getting orbits back to where we were.

Software On-Call
Contacted by Software On-Call for assistance with iocsoftslminj. Communication from the softIOC had stopped working with the GigE Camera. Most likely do to radiation. Used the Remote Camera Reboot Procedure from the OPS Image Management page to cycle power on the INJ slm. IOC resumed communication with the camera after the power cycle and the softIOC is back up.
