1L23-1 has been seeing sudden drops in gradient accompanied by disruptions in liquid level, signs of a quenching cavity. However, a quench fault isn't latching, so the RF on script isn't including the quench delay in it's process queue. I'm unsure if this is relevant to the trips, but cryo pressure has also been gradually climbing since the start of the month. I've derated the zone for now, but it would be helpful if someone would check if the fault logic is properly detecting quenches here.

The LERF alarm handler has not been run in at least 5 years. There has been no request for performing a HCO, or alert that LERF would need one soon.
It is no surprise that it is not ready.

All alarm handlers need to be carefully, and thoroughly checked out prior to using it for monitoring. 
Please inform me in the future so that you can have the tools you need when you need them.

Unless this is an emergency. It will need to wait until Monday.
Please do not call on-call or OPS-PR the LERF alarm handler until this has been done.
