With Yan's blessing I updated the 1I07 X Position to be -1.6 mm from the last relative, taking it away from the object we were scraping off. Consulting Riad, it seems unlikely that the Wien is causing this, but It could be seeing the discharge hitting the positive plate

After OPS shifted beam orbit around IPM1I07, the vacuum is recovering and vacuum spikes disappeared. Likely, something is charging and moving the beam followed by sudden discharges and vacuum spikes.

The Horizontal Wien positive plate is fine and only collecting electrons from these discharges.
