Colonial Webb is ahead of schedule and will move to the South Access at the beginning of next week. DC Power has agreed to allow Colonial Webb to work in both buildings concurrently. The insulation contractor will begin work in the North Access tomorrow and transition into the South Access by the end of next week. Construction is now on track to be completed before the end of the month.

With the remaining SF6 in the DILO storage cylinder, we topped off the gun HVPS SF6 tank to ~60 PSIG. See Figure 1. Figure 2 shows the HVPS tank pressure during the entire process.

The SF6 relief valve replacement job is complete.

The reminder action item is to schedule a field inspection by a pressure systems Design Authority (Matt Marchlik). Upon inspection , the DA fills PS-4 and PS-5 and submits these to Jenord Alston, who submits final report to close the CATS item on the CEBAF gun HVPS SF6 tank relief valve certification.

Utubes removed from 1L12. During removal of the Primary Return utube, the utube became stuck while emitting a plume of cryogenic helium gas from both bayonet connections. We paused the operation and moved all workers clear of the hazard and prepared to evacuate the north linac. We anticipated that the tunnel ODH alarms would sound, so we notified the Crew Chief so that they would be aware of the source and scope of the issue, as well as the technical POCs. However, the plume soon lessened in intensity and we restarted work, successfully removing the utube.
