Hall C & Hall A charge asymmetry in IHWP OUT runs 16039 - 16046 (Apr 24 9:04 ton Apr 24 16:07)

Initially Hall A charge asymmetry was drifting towards negative and Hall C charge asymmetry was drifting towards positive.

Accelerator was down due to Injector Checks. When the beam came back, charge asymmetry was drifted to ~ - 350 ppm for Hall A and ~ 450 ppm for Hall C.

I ran the feedback during run 16043 for ~ 10 min (13:31 - 13:44 hrs) that converged both the asymmetries close to zero.
