Test performance from Rama,

FCC mode should be in tone mode
GLOS controls the drive to the klystron (GDCL limits the drive)
the readbacks we should be looking at are CRFP, CRRP and KRRPw

CRFP (forward power measured at the waveguide coupler in kW)
CRRP (reflected power measured at the waveguide coupler in kW)
KRRPw (klystron reflected power measured in watts)

CRFP and CRRP are measured by FCC and KRRPw is measured by HPA controller

The procedure should be start with a GLOS of 0 and slowly increment until we see some power.
