chopper ion pump blips are no longer evident with beam and choppers off.
Fig 1 shows reduction in frequency when hall B current was dropped (less beam on hall B slit in chopper, July 3)
Fig 2 shows activity since beam off last week, fig 3 shows slightly longer time range on log scale, and adds when the choppers turned off. The activity appears to have ended with beam, not with chopper power.

Plan: measure I vs V for each pump using local front panel controls, and see if we can determine what the most likely cause of the blips is.
