More re-steering
Should be at the hall dumplets now with a reasonably clean orbit up to the AT and BS lines. 3R10 BLM is still noisy and showing spikes with beam, the origin of which remains unknown.
I went odd dumplet by odd dumplet and left all but the energy locks off for this round of steering to try and track down where the loss was coming from. Unfortunately it's somewhat inconclusive, though it does seem to be more likely that the upper passes are contributing the most, i.e., I think we're clipping an aperture somewhere around/above 7R. Don't rule out some lower pass orbit that I missed...

Even Orbit lock cause loss in 5R (seen as 3R10 BLM loss?)
seems like beam ramp up to 70uA was (initially) reasonably fine, until even orbit lock (Arc 4) was tuned on. Soon after, the parade of 3R10 BLM trips led us to hunting for solutions.
Possibly ReCap restore (prior to even orbit locks turning on) may help... Also maintenance day begins in 30min...

COMMENT ON Hall C End Station Dump O2 Spikes Assessment
We made an access to check the p-trap and tygon hoses in building 95. No signs of anything obvious that would contribute to the O2 reading we are experiencing in the vent stack. There was no access to the hall C dump alcove due to time and current activation, but an access at first opportunity is recommended as an inspection.
Observation:
nothing out of place in building 95
New BPM (?) in the hall C alcove.
We will continue to monitor and troubleshoot the intermittent O2 spikes.
