coordinated with RF, cryo, and I&C VAC to safely swap the fan tray for IOCNL2. We restored the IOC and the MOPS and cryo said everything recovered correctly after the job finished around 10:30ish. Swapped filters in ARC buildings leaving only the halls left for voltage measurement and filter replacement. Thank you Robert (cryo), Evonda (RF), and Leo/Matt A(I&C VAC) for the assistance.

swapped 0L04 after finding inx1S01 to be in spec and inx1s02 doesn't actually exist. repurposed the electrometer slated for 1s01/1s02 for 0L04/0L05 and swapped it after lunch. Reset settings and ramped EXT bias. going to let it run over night and check in the morning.
