Beam loss in Injector - 17 uA are unaccounted for
With 60 uA from the Gun, 30 uA make it to the Halls, 13 uA are lost on Apertures (A1, A2, MS, and A3). The remaining 17 uA are unaccounted for. Maybe lost at the entrance of HWien.
Checking vacuum, it's hard to see where the beam loss is. But this is a baked beamline, this could be one reason.

Update
*Beam to Halls A, B, and C.
*Wien angle changed earlier today from 0deg to -39deg. Hall C did a pass change from 3 to 4.
*Injector ioc issues with in3 showing unresolved in alarm handler but all elements attached to the ioc produce legit readbacks.
Attempting to get 30 uA to xC
When trying to do an ion chamber calibration to xC up to 30 uA (production up to 40 uA on this target) we started getting instantaneous loss BLA trips at 22 uA and ILM4D00 trips. ILM3C12A was also elevated but not causing any trips at the time. I believe it would become an issue before the hall got up to 40 uA.
Started off nudging NL gang phase a bit to see if I could reduce the activity at ILM4D00, which was a bit successful. This also helped reduced ILM3C12A.
