1L20-4 Comm issue and faults
Wanted to post a follow up to Ben's ELOG 4514338 but the MyaPlot of 1L20-4 problem would attach for some reason so I'll use Jeli with a screen grab :
Can't have gradient if the zone isn't in HV. KCCU and GMES were still indicating after HV dropped at 1750. This is a latched gradient measured fault and should have cleared except the RFCM lost comm. Couldn't clear until comm's restored after a long reboot which it eventually did after I got remote screens up !!
1L20-4 Dropped Zone out of HV with Comm Watchdog
Watchdog fault was most likely caused by drop in HV at 1751 when all but cavity 4's KCCU went to 0.0 a except cavity 4's . Cavity 4's GMES and KCCU where still indicating until 1828 which is when Sam Holben oncall rebooted the RFCM per my instruction to clear the Watchdog faults that where stuck !! After it didn't recover comm. per Sam, Sam instructed OPS to try to bypass the cavity but this didn't clear the fault or allow the zone to go into filaments.
