Weren't sure what to modify in the config file to improve the reliability of the arcsteer calculations, so we backed out.

Moving over to revisit ORFP from 9R-AR. After the steering to reduce IIX rates on swing shift, the AE01 swipe looked a little worse for wear. It required tweaking the 9R06 VBeta quad, but now vertical dispersion out 9R is pretty bad.

I'm curious what the beam will look like now if we set quads back to design and do the ORFP over again from 9R-AR, so we're gonna give that a shot.
