After a series of repeated arc trips, found the cavity had drifted off resonance and was sending ~400 more watts of forward power at the same current compared to overnight. The detune angle was within +/- 10 degrees, so the tuner was not correcting for it. Manually tuned the cavity to minimize forward power, then re-zeroed the detune angle. Cavity seems happier now.
