Comment: DRVH=4.500 Cannot regulate above 4.5 MV/m, suspicious CRFP readback. log 4475490

Special Instructions:
2L13-5 unable to regulate above 4.5 MV/m
Cavity came back SOS'ing after returning SL to Power Permit. Initially suspected it might need tuning, but the detune angle looked fine, and soon after realized GASK was jumping back and forth between .5 and 10 V, while CRFP wasn't getting above 600 W and dropping to zero even with GASK railed. By walking down the gradient, it looks like the cavity can stay regulated at 4.5 MV/m, so leaving the drive high there for now. KCCU is stable at 1.24 A, so potentially a dying 2.5 W amp or RFCM going south.
