According to the suite, 36MeV in the NL and 96MeV in the SL.

36MeV in the NL makes sense if you aren't reserved 4MeV for lock headroom, which Figure 1, i.e. LEM, does.

96 vs 69 MeV in the SL doesn't quite square, however, so examining the suite to ensure its analysis is correct.
