Transport line BLMs - no substantial activity

Contrary to my belief, ILM3C00 is on the face of the lambertson. I thought it was on the first girder downstream of the lambertson...

Looked at the transport line BLM's, all of them are relatively quiet, no substantial activity.

It is possible that AT steering may need to be revisited.

Hall A orbit adjustments

Hall A's orbit was pretty bad vertically and we assumed this was due to being underseparated. We put the lambertson viewer in marking where the three beams were. We then increased the vernier for each cavity of the vertical seperator back to 1 from 0.95. And decreased the gangphase from -156 to -154. This will likely have a negative effect on C beam when they come back but for a very quick check to increase Hall A's vertical position it helped to bring it up from -3.5 to -1.8.
