B slit 20 Bleedthrough measurements

These practically eliminated the bleedthrough, but very interesting to see! Very slight bumps with C laser at 60 uA at 60 and 120 degrees, but not even a consistent .1 nA. B laser is very clean with the slit at 20.

Understanding the bleed-through measurement

I was failing to understand how the laser extinguishes before. Now I realize there's a 1497 MHz component to the lasers and I can't end the measurement once the cup reads its minimum (-.0014432 offset). Ignore all the previous stepngraphs. My plan forward since I have all of the time in the world:

With each laser, measure +/- 50 degrees on the center of each bucket at 10 uA gun current (9 measurements)
3X for slit -1, 20, and 40
