As seen in the three png files, the A and C currents have standard deviations of 1 uA. Surprisingly to me, the 0R08 current has a standard deviation a bit over 2 uA. It follows that to allow an average power of 1.1 MW the BELS warning level should be set well above 1100 kW so as not to cause trips at power levels which are not damaging to the intermediate heat exchanger. The EPICS power limits may be adjusted to in the vicinity of 1100 kW to ensure the water temperature does not exceed 140 F for an extended period, a period longer than 10 minutes.
