Increasing interval on Hall D PID orbit locks
In email discussion with folks from Hall D and the previous Hall D liaison for ops, a 2 second interval for the PID locks is deemed to be too low. 5 seconds or 15 seconds was suggested. Going to try out a 5 second interval to see if that improves beam stability.
