Low liquid level in 2L07 - excessive RF heat?

Log Number: 3997074Logbook(s): Entry Makers: brianmBody:

Guard called with a liquid level alarm in the South Linac. Looks like 2L07 went low after RF was turned up in that zone around 1858 this evening. Recommend investigating 2L07 for a cavity producing excessive amounts of RF heat.

H-Wien at 42deg in hopes to step up to 64deg

Log Number: 3997071Logbook(s): Entry Makers: lawBody:

Attempting to ramp up to 64deg H-Wien by first going where we know, 42deg. Was able to get 110uA cw with decent interception. Hdd to adjust MFX0I01 and the Wien quads combined with corrector steering to reduce interception. Running out of time so I will stop here. Continue tomorrow or the weekend?

2L24 CPS breaker off?

Log Number: 3997066Logbook(s): Entry Makers: bfreemanBody:

Zone is not going into HV. Went to service building and found CPS breaker off?

It is unclear as to what work is being done on this zone? I looked through ATLis and also found no rescent entries.

Injector work summary

Log Number: 3997057Logbook(s): Body:

1. Set up clean beam to Fcup#1 with high current
2. Set HWien to +64.5 for Hall B. It was difficult to get beam with low interception. With 60uA from C laser (250MHz) both the A1 interception and A2 interception would be higher than 10uA.
3. Tried using both Wien (VWien to 32 degrees and flip right, then HWien to 32.5 degrees). No problem to set VWien to 32 but when doing the flip the interception was high again.
4. Backed out the Wien change, set up 130uA cw beam Fcup#2 for the BCM calibration.
