Only 73 of the 414 IIC (ion chamber) trips in the histogram were unaccompanied by BLM trips. 0L05, 1L02, 4E02 and 8E02 stand out among BLMs. https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-263524/23-002.pdf shows the last three are unduly sensitive to small energy changes which are not associated with measurable beam loss.
